Tier 4

841 -1280 (and Over) Hours Accrued

Pay rate = $11.00/hr

Prerequisites:

  1. Tiers 1, 2, and 3
  2. Must successfully complete a one-to-one skills test and a written test.  Success is defined as an 80% or higher combined score.

 

During the accrual of 841-1280 hours of recorded work-time, employees are expected to learn, acquire, and adhere to criteria - basic concepts and responsibilities - of the position which are listed below.

After an employee has accrued 1280 hours of recorded work-time:

  1. They become ELIGIBLE to test or demonstrate the skills, concepts and responsibilities listed below; and 
  2. They may request to be tested via a one-to-one skills test, and a written test.

Upon successful completion of a one-to-one skills test and written test, the employee will advance to Tier 3, where they will receive an increase in hourly wage, and will be expected to learn, acquire, and adhere to the next criteria.

  1. Sound System #2
    1. Connect with iPad using either X32-Mix or Mixing Station app.
    2. Connect Large Stage Rack OR Performance Sound Stage Rack independently from Ballroom.
    3. Connect XTouch controller to the X32.  Be able to run X32 with the XTouch.
    4. Setup and connect Turbosound IQ12 OR IQ15 speakers using Ultranet connection only.
