Only one lectern must be used to control the AV system when 345A and 345B are used together as one large room. The unused lectern must be unplugged from the wall.
The audio/video controls for the rooms must be combined using the touch screen on one of lecterns.
Location Quirks
Hallway lights between the two Multipurpose rooms are controlled by one of the breaker boxes next to the Men's bathroom on the 300 level.
Obsolete Multi-purpose A&B dimmable lighting - Dimmable lighting is controlled via knobs within a blue metal panel at the rear of Multi-purpose room B (345B). Use key #8 from the keybox located in the Student Activities Office.
